Every complete prefabricated building package is manufactured at our Hesse facility with premium inclusions, sustainable materials and energy-efficient features as standard. The result is a refined, durable space designed for real life, not just another prefab.

What's included in every Quarters Co building?

Every Quarters Co building 60m² and above includes a custom-made kitchen complete with an Omega oven, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher and LG bottom-mount fridge/freezer.

You’ll also enjoy a generous open-plan living area, private bedrooms with custom-made cabinetry, beautifully appointed bathrooms and ample storage throughout.

A concealed European laundry is incorporated within the hallway cabinetry, together with additional linen storage.

How long does the process take?

Dependant on the size and scale of your project, general build time is between 12-18 weeks.
