With five children between us, “tiny home living” was never going to suit our family. We wanted homes that felt generous, practical and beautifully designed, with proportions that rivalled traditionally built homes.
What began as a personal solution has grown into one of Victoria’s leading designers and suppliers of premium prefabricated buildings, delivering projects throughout Victoria and beyond.
Based in Hesse, we’re passionate about supporting regional Victoria. Every project creates opportunities for licensed builders, trusted trades, suppliers and transport companies, while showcasing the quality of regional craftsmanship.

Every prefabricated building package is manufactured in our purpose-built facility in Hesse, Victoria, where quality can be carefully managed at every stage of production. Manufacturing in a controlled environment reduces weather delays, improves consistency and ensures every detail receives the attention it deserves before leaving our facility.
Once manufacturing is complete, your building is transported to site by our preferred haulage company and installed by one of our recommended licensed builders, ensuring the same level of quality and professionalism continues through to completion.

Our updated project delivery model has been designed to provide complete transparency while ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
The Quarters Co supplies the complete prefabricated building package and acts as your client representative throughout the manufacturing process, overseeing quality, coordination and attention to detail every step of the way. Construction is undertaken separately by one of our recommended licensed builders under a HIA Kit Home Building Contract.
This collaborative approach allows every client to benefit from the expertise of specialist manufacturers and licensed builders while enjoying a seamless experience from concept through to completion.
